Principal's Message

A Message from Our Administration

Bienvenue à l'école William Bridge.  Une ecole où tout le monde travaille vers la réussite.
"Apprendre à apprendre" or "learning to learn" is how we build success for our learners.

We enjoy working with students, staff members and the parent and wider community. We have an atmosphere that allows each of us to be themselves and to take intellectual and creative risks. William Bridge works and learns in both Canadian official languages.  Our multicultural student population speak many additional languages and many families have recently emigrated to Canada.

Our school's core values - trust, respect, responsibility, and integrity - are the bedrock of our school's culture.  How we treat each other, day in and day out, in large actions and small, impacts the quality of school life for each individual.  What keeps us all healthy and sane, during times of stress is the quality of the human support system that surrounds us.  Relationships motivate us to take risks, sustain us when we fail, and, in the end, make us believe in ourselves.

We hope to be able to challenge all individuals to reach their personal level of excellence through classroom and school wide programs.  We believe it is fundamental that all individuals in the school community assume responsibility for learning.  It is our mission as the school administration to facilitate and lead these activities. Each year through our School Planning Council we establish particular goal areas.

We look forward to working with you to build the intellectual, physical and emotional intelligence of all members of our community.  Please take an active part in our school life as a member of the William Bridge school community.  Bonne année à tout le monde.
